I'm writing a fic where I'd like the Doctor to bump into a previous incarnation of himself. I know this has happened before but is something he avoids. 1. What became of the stylin' car the Third Doctor tooled around in while he was working with UNIT? Did it get destroyed at some point, or is it possible that it's still in storage somewhere?

2. Is it canon that Jack had some actual military experience, aside from the Time Agency? My Torchwood knowledge is spotty.
